Step 1 — A spreadsheet of offered loans is prepared and submitted.
Step 2 — Spreadsheet is reviewed, priced and broker is contacted with BID information.
Step 3 — Once BID is accepted,WMC prepares commitment letter for execution between Buyer and Seller.
Step 4 — WMC completes due diligence of loan files, orders BPO’s on properties and finalizes the package of loans for purchase.
Step 5 — Purchase and sale agreement is executed. Broker check is disbursed at final settlement.
